At Hayabusa, we stand behind the quality of our combat equipment and offer a 45-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. If you aren't completely satisfied with your gear, we make the exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the gear is protected to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
